The Park Mall stands next to the Safi Landmark Complex, beginning the solid flank of high rises across from Shahr-i-Naw Park. The Park Mall replaced a popular bakers store famous for its chocolate eclairs. Kabul's notorious traffic often comes to a stand-still in this area yet too few parking facilities are provided.
