Golden Bull Lyre. Royal Tombs Ancient Ur, Iraqi Museum.
Many musical instruments were found in association with women's graves in the Iraqi Royal Cemetery at Ur dating from 2,300 BCE, This lyre is adorned with a bull sporting a luxurious beard of Afghan lapis lazuli.
