A shield-like plaque (4.2 x 3.6; weight 18.6 grams) depicts a saiga antelope from the steppes of Kazakistan lieing prostrate on the ground. Filling the upper portion of the plaque, a muscular, hunched leopard (a snow leopard) digs its claws into the back of the antelope.
