Nimla to Kabul.

26 April 1976
Having passed through the fertile valley of Sarobi which is famous for its pomegranates, the road rises steeply to a plateau from which one is greeted by a spectacular view of the Naghlu Reservoir. Before 1960 when the Naghlu Dam was built the unpaved road ran along the base of the plateau.
