This immense structure built in 2013/14 to celebrate Nawroz with neighbors, was designed to accommodate 1000 with dinning rooms, reading rooms, reception rooms and all sorts of rooms. Because of security issues the festivities were cancelled and all these rooms have yet to be used. It is open to the public, but often closed for security reasons.
