The Seraj-ul-Emart Palace in Jalalabad was built by Amir Habibullah (1901-1919) around 1910. A broad avenue lined with gas lamps and gardens lead to the private quarters on the east. Copy of b/w Souvenir postcard printed in Paris in 1922, 1926, 1928 taken in January 1976.
