On 5 July 1973 Mohammad Daoud Khan, former Prime Minister (1953-63) declared Afghanistan a Republic and began to wield a new brush. They evicted the illegal upper-income families from Macrorayan and lowered purchases prices. At the same time, numbers of attitudinal changes were changing.
