A general view of the site of a Bronze Age farming-herding village 15 km. southwest of Kandahar, not far from Deh Morasi Gundhai and Mundigak. It dates from 2,230 to 2,110 BCE at the end of the 3rd millennium. The 7.5 high mound is topped with a Kushano-Sassanian (2nd -3rd centuries CE) graveyard. The site was excavated during 1970-1971 by J. Shaffer, an American archaeologist.
