Bone implements such as awls. spatulas, points and needles, were also made of bone in the Non-Ceramic and Ceramic Neolithic. Included at the bottom of this group are two square pieces used as game pieces. Dates for the bone objects range from the Upper Palaeolithic (ca. 16,000 BCE) through the Ceramic Neolithic (ca. 4,500 BCE) and early Iron Age (ca. 1,600 CE).
